Chaitanya graduated Engineering with a university merit ranking from Pune University and is a gold medallist MBA from SP Jain Center of Management.

He has a rich and holistic work experience across all verticals of construction and real estate, right from engineering design & project management of large scale projects like malls, hotels, hospital and townships to technical and financial due diligence of  real estate assets for investment across India, Middle East and Europe. Real estate is his passion and he himself is an active real estate investor and advisor.

He partnered with his sister Tejashree to start a boutique interior design firm ‘The Inside Story’ in Dubai and within a span of 4 years, they have created a niche for themselves in designing and execution of bespoke solutions and have exceeded client expectations, which is a rarity in this field of work. Repeat clients and their testimonials are proof of their passion for excellence.

On the personal front Chaitanya is married to Shreeya (a Chartered Accountant and IFRS, working with L&T Infotech) and they are blessed with two sons. He enjoys playing squash,  badminton, swimming and volleyball.
