ØAmit Mulgund is currently based in Dubai. Prior to this Amit was a CFO of one of the largest distributors & retailer of Dunlop tyres in Africa. Amit has a vast operational & relevant experience across all 3 organisational formats – Large conglomerates, MNCs and SMEs

ØDuring his career spanning 2 decades, he has extensively covered Company formations across geographies, formal structuring of shareholding (parent-subsidiary), establishing end-to-end business policies and procedures for a wide retail network across countries, Valuation of the company, Core Treasury Management functions including investment management, treasury policy formation and setting up a centralised and dynamic currency and commodity hedge management programs. Bench marking competition costs, Product pricing, End-to-End Supply chain management, launching niche products through establishment of a retail chain.

ØAmit is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI and has also attended certificate courses in prestigious B Schools such as INSEAD (France) and Indian Institute of Management (IIM Ahmedabad)
